ELZORVAN Services — one house, one standard

The Kovarna makes generosity organised: a registry built with the concierge so duplicates are impossible by design, guests giving by letter, phone or link, and one white-glove delivery after the day instead of a month of doorbells.

The bench side of the house never closes: copper returns for re-tinning, silver for re-plating, oak for re-oiling, and every visit closes with a photographed condition note in your file. Care is a calendar — the goods age by staying the same.

Programme visits book themselves — we write, you choose the week. Between visits the only rules are felt under metal, cloth under silver, and photographs before worry.

Every visit ends with a photographed condition note in your house file, so the goods' biography stays complete through moves and inheritances.

How does the registry work?
You choose the list with the concierge; guests buy by letter, phone or link; the house tracks, wraps and delivers in one white-glove visit after the day. Duplicates are impossible by design.

Can monograms be added later?
Always — the atelier letters porcelain, crystal, silver and linen from your household cipher on file. Later additions match the first, because the cipher card never leaves your file.
