The Majolika furnishes a household in one signature: a room-by-room list signed before the first crate, cookware to canteen to linen on one schedule, monograms applied before delivery, and a walk-through at the end instead of a wave.

House services run like good housekeeping: one concierge, a written schedule, and crews who arrive with gloves, felt and their own ladders. Outfitting a whole house moves room by room to a signed list, and ends with a walk-through, not a wave.

Before builders, movers or florists with ladders arrive: call first. We wrap, store or resite the fragile half of the house properly and re-place it when the dust settles.

Patterns, spares and drawings stay on our shelves fifteen years; the programme simply keeps you from testing that promise.

What does a house outfit include?

What does the care programme cover?
Annual bench visits by category — copper tinned, silver polished, oak oiled, rugs bathed — on a written calendar with a photographed condition note after each. Priority call-out lives in the Plus tier.
