Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to the Czech Republic and to all European Union countries. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Where we deliver

We currently ship within the Czech Republic and to the member states of the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU. If your address cannot be served, we will contact you and refund your payment in full.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Delivery then takes 2–5 business days within the Czech Republic and 5–10 business days elsewhere in the European Union. Large or fragile items (furniture, large services) may require an appointment with the carrier, which we arrange with you by email or phone.

Stated times are estimates based on carrier information and are not binding delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.

Packaging and handling

Porcelain, crystal and copper are packed for transport. Please keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping the item — it makes any return simpler and safer.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or incomplete deliveries

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the carrier where possible and contact us as soon as you can, keeping the packaging. This helps us claim against the carrier. Your statutory rights from defective performance (24 months) remain unaffected.

Costs of returning goods

If you withdraw from the contract within 14 days, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is defective or was sent in error — then we cover the return and arrange collection. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
