ELZORVAN Atelier — the cook's instruments
The Boccale is where knives are welcome: end-grain oak on drawbored legs, a top that scrubs true and sands back to new, and knife storage built in edge-down where fingers never wander.
The joinery works in solid oak, walnut and ash, air-dried three years before the saw earns its say. Frames are mortise-and-tenon, tops are breadboard-ended against the seasons, and finishes are oil and wax — surfaces that mend with a cloth rather than fail with a scratch.

Care
Oiled oak and walnut want coasters' logic and seasonal oiling: wipe dry daily, feed with the house oil twice a year, and lift rather than drag. Heat and water leave marks that the cloth-and-oil ritual erases.
Waxed surfaces refresh with a soft cloth; scratches retire under a fingertip of wax. Real damage goes to the joinery, which planes, patches and returns the piece to its own colour.
Questions, Answered
What steel are the knives?
Forged high-carbon stainless or true carbon steel, stated per suite with hardness and edge angle on the card. Handles are riveted walnut or oak; nothing is glued to hope.
Can the bar cart be configured?
Rails, glass racks and bottle wells are chosen at order; the listing shows the honest options.
