Boccale Roasting Suite — Estate
Tax included where applicable. Delivery and commissioning arranged by your concierge.
ELZORVAN Copper — the kitchen's family silver
The Boccale is sized to the goose, not to the average: a roasting suite with rack, trivet and lid as the format states, handles that hold with gauntlets on, and a base that deglazes on the hob after the oven's argument.
Handles are riveted, never welded to hope: bronze and iron fittings cast in our own moulds, fixed with three rivets and tested against the twist of a full pot. Tinning, grinding and polishing are services as much as processes — the same bench that made your piece will renew it for decades.

Care
Clad steel forgives nearly everything: dishwasher when you must, hand-wash when you love it, and a paste rub when rainbow heat-tints annoy. Preheat before oil and the surface releases like a promise.
Handles are riveted; check screws never exist. If a lid loses its seat, the bench laps it back true.
Questions, Answered
Are the sets open stock?
Yes — every piece in every set is available singly for fifteen years, so a set grows with the household instead of aging with it. The set price simply carries the house discount.
Does copper work on induction?
Pieces with the induction badge carry a bonded steel base and are listed so; classic tin-lined copper does not. Every listing states hobs, ovens and temperatures plainly — read the Fits line before choosing.
The ELZORVAN Promise
Every ELZORVAN piece states its materials as contract, not poetry: copper gauge in millimetres, porcelain firing in degrees, linen weight in grams per square metre — printed on the card in the box and honoured on the bench for fifteen years.
