Boards oil monthly, linens wash at 60, brass patinas or polishes by the household's vote. Polishes and oils store sealed for two years; shake, never dilute.

Anything that warps, loosens or dulls ahead of its years goes back on our bench — small goods carry the house standard too.

Are the care products safe on antiques?
Bench-tested on our own restoration pieces and labelled by material. For anything gilded, painted or dearly loved, the label says test hidden-face first — and the concierge answers photographs within the day.

Is gift wrapping available?
Everything in the accessories collection ships gift-boxed in ELZORVAN cobalt with a hand-tied ribbon as standard; a letterpress card is a checkbox at checkout.
