ELZORVAN Atelier — the cook's instruments

Butchers settled this question a century ago; the Cloche honours the verdict — standing-height honesty, a shelf for the crates and the stockpot, and castors with brakes for kitchens that rearrange.

The joinery works in solid oak, walnut and ash, air-dried three years before the saw earns its say. Frames are mortise-and-tenon, tops are breadboard-ended against the seasons, and finishes are oil and wax — surfaces that mend with a cloth rather than fail with a scratch.
