The Console takes Sunday baking seriously: copper sugar pans and tinned moulds, rings and sheets that hold their stated sizes, and the house recipes included because equipment without technique is only shopping.

Handles are riveted, never welded to hope: bronze and iron fittings cast in our own moulds, fixed with three rivets and tested against the twist of a full pot. Tinning, grinding and polishing are services as much as processes — the same bench that made your piece will renew it for decades.

Forged high-carbon stainless or true carbon steel, stated per suite with hardness and edge angle on the card. Handles are riveted walnut or oak; nothing is glued to hope.
