The Nyt simmers for the long game: stockpot volumes stated at working fill rather than brim, bases machined flat for the six-hour murmur, and a spigot option for the household that preserves in September.

Handles are riveted, never welded to hope: bronze and iron fittings cast in our own moulds, fixed with three rivets and tested against the twist of a full pot. Tinning, grinding and polishing are services as much as processes — the same bench that made your piece will renew it for decades.

Are the sets open stock?
Yes — every piece in every set is available singly for fifteen years, so a set grows with the household instead of aging with it. The set price simply carries the house discount.

What does re-tinning cost and when?
When the tin wears to a grey larger than a coin, book the bench: the stated fee per piece is on the care card, turnaround is three weeks, and the pan returns bright, lapped and cooking-ready.
