ELZORVAN Atelier — the cook's instruments
Patisserie is measurement with butter; the Ohniste measures true — kugelhopf to charlotte in graded moulds, interiors renewable at the bench, and steel sheets that refuse to warp at the oven's opinion.
The metal shop works the old sequence: copper spun to 2.5 millimetres and tinned by hand over open flame, cast iron poured and enamelled twice, blades forged, ground and honed to a stated angle. Every pan is weighed, every lid lapped to its pot, and every piece struck with the house mark only after the bench has cooked on its twin.

Care
Clad steel forgives nearly everything: dishwasher when you must, hand-wash when you love it, and a paste rub when rainbow heat-tints annoy. Preheat before oil and the surface releases like a promise.
Handles are riveted; check screws never exist. If a lid loses its seat, the bench laps it back true.
Questions, Answered
What steel are the knives?
Forged high-carbon stainless or true carbon steel, stated per suite with hardness and edge angle on the card. Handles are riveted walnut or oak; nothing is glued to hope.
Can the bar cart be configured?
Rails, glass racks and bottle wells are chosen at order; the listing shows the honest options. Engraving on the top rail is the monogram atelier's five-minute favourite.
The ELZORVAN Promise
Our workshops are named, not implied: copper spun and tinned, porcelain fired and painted, silver struck, oak joined and linen woven by EU ateliers whose certificates travel in the crate with the goods.
