Care

Porcelain with gilt edges washes by hand — dishwashers dull gold in a hundred cycles. Everyday whites tolerate the machine on glass cycles at 50 degrees.

Stack plates with the felts provided; hairline crazing on antiques is history, on new pieces a bench matter — call us either way.

Can I buy replacement pieces for a service?
Always — open stock for fifteen years is the house rule. Quote the pattern number from your certificate and any plate, cup or glass ships singly, painted to the same hand.

Can services be monogrammed?
Porcelain takes painted ciphers, crystal takes engraving, silver takes the graver's hand — all in our own ateliers, all stated per listing with the honest lead time beside the price.
