ELZORVAN Hearth — the rooms' quiet jewellery

Clocks are furniture that answers back; the Studna answers politely — a gentle wind on the stated day, a bench card promising cleaning at seven years, and a moonphase option for houses that keep older calendars too.

The metal shop works the old sequence: copper spun to 2.5 millimetres and tinned by hand over open flame, cast iron poured and enamelled twice, blades forged, ground and honed to a stated angle. Every pan is weighed, every lid lapped to its pot, and every piece struck with the house mark only after the bench has cooked on its twin.

Care

Clockwork asks for a gentle wind on the stated day and a level shelf; eight-day movements forgive a missed Sunday but not a slammed mantel. Dust with a dry brush, never sprays.

Every movement we sell has a bench card — cleaning at seven years, overhaul at twenty, both bookable with the concierge.

Questions, Answered

Do the clocks need servicing?
A gentle weekly wind and a level shelf, then cleaning at seven years — the bench card in the case states the calendar. Movements are serviced in our own workshop, not sent away.

Is the silver solid or plated?
Stated per piece: solid sterling where marked, heavy hotel plate where sensible for candelabra and trays. Both re-polish and re-plate on our bench; neither is ever a mystery alloy.

The ELZORVAN Promise

Delivery is white-glove to the room: carried in, unpacked, placed and levelled where the piece will live, with every scrap of packaging taken away the same hour.
