ELZORVAN Copper — the kitchen's family silver
The Teiera is the kitchen's family silver: a graded battery of spun copper at 2.5 millimetres, hand-tinned over open flame, lids lapped to their pots — cookware that will be re-tinned, not replaced, for generations.
The metal shop works the old sequence: copper spun to 2.5 millimetres and tinned by hand over open flame, cast iron poured and enamelled twice, blades forged, ground and honed to a stated angle. Every pan is weighed, every lid lapped to its pot, and every piece struck with the house mark only after the bench has cooked on its twin.

Care
Salt goes into hot liquid, not onto bare tin; acids stay short of an hour; handles stay riveted forever with no oiling asked. Store with lids ajar to keep the air moving.
Kept this way, copper outlives its warranty by generations — our oldest returning pan is from 1954 and still comes back only for tinning.
Questions, Answered
Are the sets open stock?
Yes — every piece in every set is available singly for fifteen years, so a set grows with the household instead of aging with it. The set price simply carries the house discount.
Tin or steel lining — which should I choose?
Tin is the classic: naturally non-stick-ish, kind to sauces, renewable by our bench. Steel linings take searing and metal tools without worry. Cooks who sauce choose tin; cooks who sear choose steel — many houses keep both.
The ELZORVAN Promise
Delivery is white-glove to the room: carried in, unpacked, placed and levelled where the piece will live, with every scrap of packaging taken away the same hour.
