ELZORVAN Copper — the kitchen's family silver
Sunday has a sound — the Zahrada makes it: rims ground flat, enamel in the house cobalt or cream, knobs and gaskets in open stock for fifteen years, and a weight that promises the stew means it.
The metal shop works the old sequence: copper spun to 2.5 millimetres and tinned by hand over open flame, cast iron poured and enamelled twice, blades forged, ground and honed to a stated angle. Every pan is weighed, every lid lapped to its pot, and every piece struck with the house mark only after the bench has cooked on its twin.

Care
Enamelled iron asks for patience over pride: medium heat, wooden tools, and a soak instead of scouring. Chips at the rim are honest wear; chips in the well earn a call to the bench.
Dry after washing, oil the rim's bare iron ring lightly, and store with the lid ajar on its felt.
Questions, Answered
What does re-tinning cost and when?
When the tin wears to a grey larger than a coin, book the bench: the stated fee per piece is on the care card, turnaround is three weeks, and the pan returns bright, lapped and cooking-ready.
Are the sets open stock?
Yes — every piece in every set is available singly for fifteen years, so a set grows with the household instead of aging with it. The set price simply carries the house discount.
